The Meet & Greet takes place either in your home or mine, depending on the service requested. During this visit, we'll discuss your pet's routine, feeding schedule, medications, emergency contacts, veterinarian information, and any other important details about their care. For in-home services, we'll also review home access instructions.

Yes. I can administer most medications, including:

• Pills

• Liquid medications

• Ear drops

There is no additional fee for routine medication administration.

Absolutely! You'll receive regular updates and photos so you can stay connected and enjoy peace of mind while you're away.

If an emergency occurs, I will contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, I will contact your veterinarian or the nearest emergency veterinary clinic and follow their recommendations to ensure your pet receives prompt care.

Yes. For the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, dogs must be current on vaccinations, including Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella, and be maintained on a flea and tick prevention program. We also request a copy of your dog’s most recent fecal exam results from within the past year including a Giardia test.

Yes! Depending on the pet and care requirements, I may also care for birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles, and other small animals. Contact me to discuss your pet's specific needs.

Whenever possible, yes. Availability varies based on my schedule. Existing clients generally have the greatest flexibility for short-notice requests.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or booking changes made within 14 days of the scheduled service are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations or booking changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

• Services that are shortened or ended early after they have begun will be charged at the full scheduled amount (100%).

This policy helps ensure availability for all clients, as reserved dates and time slots are often unavailable to other pet families once booked.

Pawsitively Yours’ primary service area is West Seattle. Services within West Seattle are prioritized and may not require an additional travel fee.

For surrounding communities or locations outside West Seattle, availability may depend on distance, scheduling, and the service requested. If travel is required for dog walking, drop-in visits, boarding pick-up, or boarding drop-off, an additional travel fee may apply. Please contact me with your address so I can confirm availability and provide any travel fee details before booking.
