Simply submit a booking request through the Appointments page. Please include your pet's information, the services you're interested in, your requested dates, and any medical or behavioral concerns.
Before your first service, we'll schedule a complimentary Meet & Greet so I can get to know you and your pet, review routines, and answer any questions.

The Meet & Greet takes place either in your home or mine, depending on the service requested. During this visit, we'll discuss your pet's routine, feeding schedule, medications, emergency contacts, veterinarian information, and any other important details about their care. For in-home services, we'll also review home access instructions.
This meeting helps ensure your pet receives personalized, attentive care and gives us both an opportunity to make sure we're a great fit before services begin.

Yes. I can administer most medications, including:
Pills
Liquid medications
Ear drops
Eye drops
Inhalers
Insulin and other injections
There is no additional fee for routine medication administration.

Absolutely! You'll receive regular updates and photos so you can stay connected and enjoy peace of mind while you're away.

If an emergency occurs, I will contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, I will contact your veterinarian or the nearest emergency veterinary clinic and follow their recommendations to ensure your pet receives prompt care.

Yes. All dogs must be current on vaccinations and maintained on a flea and tick prevention program.

Yes! Depending on the pet and care requirements, I may also care for birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles, and other small animals. Contact me to discuss your pet's specific needs.

Whenever possible, yes. Availability varies based on my schedule. Existing clients generally have the greatest flexibility for short-notice requests.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or booking changes made within 14 days of the scheduled service are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations or booking changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Services that are shortened or ended early after they have begun will be charged at the full scheduled amount (100%).
This policy helps ensure availability for all clients, as reserved dates and time slots are often unavailable to other pet families once booked.
